Posuda-Center service is a rapidly developing retail chain that is one of the leaders on the utensils market of Siberia and Far East regions. The company ranks among the top five Russian companies in the industry. Today, the outlets of this retail chain can be found in 32 Russian cities.

To increase speed and quality of customer services, simplify work with wholesale customers and suppliers, and create a corporate portal.


Before the launch of the project, Posuda Center underwent a preparation phase that included the reorganization of business processes in the procurement department. The following were optimized: product line policy, distribution, price policy, wholesale and supplier selection policy.

Before this project, acceptance and processing of wholesale orders had not been automated, that led to the lack of centralized control of the terms of requests; managers communicated with customers via telephone and e-mail. According to the plan, corporate portal based on SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal will quadruple the number of wholesale contracts without the need of procurement staff expansions.

The Solution based on SAP for Retail helped to standardize all the processes of working with suppliers and wholesale customers.
SAP for Retail was also integrated with the SAP BIBO based solution for document flow, booking, and tax accounting.
The Corporate portal provided specialists with a single point of interaction, increased hastened clearance of requests, allowed standardized processes of price reconciliation with suppliers, and automated changes of prices in the system after their adjustment.
As a result, the Posuda Center retail chain got the powerful instrument for comprehensive data analysis for effective goods flow management.
