I went to on the website, read reviews from former employees and I liked that there was no negativity in the reviews. After the Skype interview, I had a very pleasant feeling that they would contact me again. I was sure that if they call me back, I will agree without hesitation.


What do you like most about your work?
I really like the people of the company, especially our team. They are very educated, smart, kind colleagues with an intellectual sense of humor. As for the work itself, I like the variety of work, there is an opportunity to pump in different directions, there is no monotonous work that would exhaust me.

Working on the side of a business customer, I knew NOVARDIS as a company that fulfilled its work and its promises, which formed my special attitude towards it. I decided to leave the in-house team for consulting to be at the forefront. I knew that real professionals were growing up at NOVARDIS, since my colleagues from my previous job also worked here. I liked the idea of participating in different projects, communicate with different people, constantly being in the thick of events and information.


What do you like most about your work?
At my current position I can actively participate in the development of the department and the company as a whole, and the management is always open to dialogue and suggestions. I like to be surrounded by professionals who are well-known in the market. And I also really like to see the results of my suggestions for optimizing our work.

I never get bored at work. New challenges often require solutions that I have not used before. Finding and implementing these solutions gives you the feeling that you have become a little better. I like to communicate with colleagues. Everyone is very positive and sympathetic, helps with emerging difficulties and can cheer me up :)
